I started Kevin Roy Builders
because I love building homes.
The process. The construction.
Putting hammer to nail. Making
something from nothing. Even
after 20 years, I still love
everything about it.
But I never lose sight that the
house I build or remodel is your
home. In some cases, it is
something my customers have
dreamt about for years. And they
have very high expectations.
That’s why I build every home as
if I were building it for
myself.
Because—in a way—I am. My name
stands behind every home I
build.
So, terms like “good enough” are
just not in my vocabulary. My
policy has always been to give
my customers more than what they
expect. Paying close attention
to the details. Making sure
everything is perfect. Going
above and beyond.
And when your home is finished,
I also want you to be as happy
